1.  Minutes of meetings of the Executive Committee and Ethiopian Higher Ed Partners held on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 10:30 AM at the Home of Asrat and Jember in Canton Michigan. 

2. Approval of the agenda.

3. Reports/announcements/comments from the Executive Committee (Teshome, Wongelawit, Sisay, Asrat, Assefa)

4. Items for decision arising from reports, etc.

5. AAU College of Ed conference held in July 2009 in Addis (Teshome and Sisay)

6. Ethiopian/Michigan Universities Partnership Protocol (Teshome, Sisay and Assefa)

7. Setting up the date and venue for a meeting of Michigan Universities Consortium representatives (MSU, UM, Western, Eastern, Central, Kalamazoo, Wayne(?), Grand Valley (?). 

8. EAF Fellowship money for an EAF Scholar (graduate student) for the 2009/10 academic year.
